Dana R. Tracy, 51, of Vernon, loving husband of Amy (Page) Tracy, passed away on Monday, July 18, 2016 at Hartford Hospital with his family by his side. He is the son of Reverends Roland and Faith (O'Donal) Tracy of Tolland. He graduated from Tolland High School, Class of 1984. He was a self-employed roofer/contractor. He had a love for writing music, singing and playing his guitar, camping, fishing and the beach. Dana loved times with his family, friends, and his faithful dog Riley. He was a member of the Church of the Living God in Manchester. In addition to his wife, and his parents, he is survived by his beloved daughter, Olivia Tracy of Manchester, and his little buddy/step-son Lane Fluckiger of Vernon; two brothers, Robin Tracy and his wife Rose of Vernon, and Shane Tracy and his wife Jodi of Marion, IN; his sister, Melanie Tracy and her husband Mike Spielman of Tolland; his maternal grandmother, Alfreda O'Donal of Hartford; his nieces and nephews, Victoria, Austin, Angie, Lulu, Rylynn, Justus and the new addition expected in February; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and many dear friends. His family will receive friends for memorial calling hours on Saturday, July 23, 2016 from 10 – 12 noon at the Church of the Living God, 199 Deming Street, Manchester followed by a memorial service beginning at 12 noon. There will be no graveside service. Interment will be private and at the convenience of his family.
