Candice Mary Lescoe, 58, of Windsor, beloved wife for 18 years of Daniel J. Lescoe, passed away suddenly on Saturday, (July 14, 2012) at Hartford Hospital. Born in Central Falls, RI on February 27, 1954, daughter of the late Lionel and Claire (Morrissey) Palin, she was raised in Cumberland, RI and had lived in Windsor for the last 20 years. She will be remembered as a kind, caring, and loving person. Besides her husband, she leaves three sisters, Nancy Latimer and her husband George of Riverside, RI, Lori Ouellette and her husband Paul of Attleboro, MA, and Carole Borek and her husband Robert of Cumberland, RI; two stepsons, Matthew Lescoe of Natick, MA and Peter Lescoe of Boston, MA; a stepdaughter, Bethany Lescoe Johanson and her husband Cody of Tolland, and their children Madelyn and Travis; and six nieces and nephews. Family and friends may gather on Wednesday, July 18, 9:15 a.m., at the Carmon Poquonock Funeral Home, 1816 Poquonock Ave., in the Poquonock section of Windsor, followed by a Funeral Mass, 10 a.m., at St. Joseph Church, Poquonock. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Poquonock. Her family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 17, 5-8 p.m., at the Carmon Poquonock Funeral Home. Candice's family has requested that memorial donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association, CT Chapter, 2075 Silas Deane Highway, Suite 100, Rocky Hill, CT 06067 or by visiting www.alz.org/donate.
