DEE. Brian J. Dee, 58, of Agawam, MA, beloved husband of Lisa (Vishaway) Dee passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, July 19, 2016 as a result of an automobile accident. Born February 4, 1958 in Troy, NY son of the late Arthur and Mary (Gaffney) Dee. He lived in Southampton for many years before moving to Agawam. Brian was a true entrepreneur; he was co-founder of Vizconnect, Inc. and Uthriv as well as president of New England Direct Promotion. He was a Rotarian with the Northampton Rotary Club, he worked his way up to becoming a 3rd degree black belt in Kempo, he was an avid Boston sports fan with the exception of the Patriots and he enjoyed reading. Besides his wife Lisa, he is survived by a daughter, Rebecca Dee and her husband Michael Hastings of Chicopee, MA; a brother, John G. Dee and his wife Mary of Southwick, MA; a grandchild, Quinn Hastings, and a grandson on the way who will be named Brian; nieces, Jessica and Meaghan; nephews, Jack and Dustin; and a host of other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by a brother, Patrick Dee. His family will receive friends Sunday, July 24, 2016 from 1-5 PM with a time of sharing at 4:30 PM at the Nicholson & Carmon Funeral Home, 443 East St. N., Suffield, CT.
