Anna H. King 96 passed away peacefully October 4, 2017 at Hartford Hospital surrounded by her family. Born June 9, 1921 she was married for 56 years to the love of her life William R. King Sr. Together they raised 5 children. Their four daughters and spouses are Nancy and Joseph Dauray of West Palm Beach, FL, Marilyn and Bob Fulco of Venice, FL, Valerie and Tom Morelli of South Windsor, CT and Barbara Kearns of Whitefish, MT. Their one son and daughter -in-law are William and Sallie King Jr. of Suffield, CT. Anna was an outstanding Administrative Assistant working at the Loomis-Chaffee School in Windsor for many years, first for the Headmistress and then for the Guidance Dept. Upon retirement she and Bill moved to their beloved "farm" in West Swanzey, NH where she remained until she turned 90. The last 6 years of her life she lived in South Windsor to be closer to family. She was predeceased by her parents Anna and Arthur Henrechon, her husband Bill and three sisters Mildred Davis, Dorothy Seam. and Elsie Haynes. She leaves behind 15 Grandchildren and 8 Great-grandchildren. When asked to reflect upon her life she would reply " I had a wonderful life. I was very fortunate." She truly touched more lives than she realized. She will be greatly missed.
