My condolences to the Biskupic family, Although I hadn't known Mr. Biskupic very well, he was always a pleasant gentleman coming in to the office where I work. I'm so glad he urged me to visit a beautiful part of California. I couldn't wait to let him know when we returned!

RIP

He was a lot more than just a “hockey coach” to me. He has been an important role model in my life. I have model my past 23 years of coaching youth and junior hockey players after him. His style of hard work, educating with a firm style while making the game fun has served me well. To this day I can still see his expression when we would mess up. He would just look at you with a stern caring face and say “I want you to do me a flavor” (with his accent). It made me work even harder. I have thought of him often over the past few years when I received my pilots license and been working to get my commercial pilots license.
Next time I am up in the clouds, the wing wave is for you, Coach.

My favorite hockey coach ever!! I always wondered how you were doing over the years. I remember how hard you worked us on the ice, you used to laugh at us when we were out of shape. You would work us even harder until we got in shape by working hard. You not only were a good coach but you were a great man. I still remember all the nicknames you gave us. You will always have a place in my heart.
